Informal Funeral

Although Direct Cremation is a more affordable option, it is not uncommon for the family and friends left behind to be uncomfortable with this arrangement. So,here at Gannon and Sons we recognise that some families would still like to pay their respects without the formalities of a full Traditional Funeral.

So with that in mind we will undertake to provide all the elements of a direct cremation, whereby we shall collect the deceased and Take care of the
paperwork/arrangements. But, in addition to this we will also provide a traditional style coffin and a traditional hearse. You can choose the day/time for the funeral to take place and will also be welcome to attend the chapel, where you are free to conduct a service amongst yourselves if desired. Alternatively, you can just take the time to reflect with a selection of your loved one’s favourite music before saying goodbye.
